Waste separation

Sunparks wants to treat nature and the environment responsibly. That is why we would like to ask you to separate your waste.
You will find black residual waste and blue PMD bin liners in your cottage. We also ask you to sort paper/cardboard, glass, batteries and oil separately.

Entertainment

At Sunparks Oostduinkerke, there is plenty to do. Besides sports and fun, there are all kinds of fun Kids activities.
For more information or reservations, please contact the reception desk at the park centre.

Car-free park

We are a car-free park, so it is only permitted to drive into the park on arrival and departure. On changeover days, children and pedestrians always have priority over other traffic (cyclists must also give way). The permitted speed is 15 km/h. We kindly ask you to drive only on the roads.

On the day of arrival, please park your car in one of the car parks after unloading. The park map in the welcome pack will show you which car park is closest to your cottage. On the departure day, you can pick up and load the car one hour before departure.

Fireplace

As it is necessary for the safety of our guests, our fireplaces are gradually being closed and replaced with a decorative plate. It will therefore no longer be possible to use the fireplaces in the future.

Consequently, pressed logs will no longer be sold in the shop.

Aquafun

In this subtropical water world full of palm trees, orchids and lianas, you will discover a wave pool, a white-water course, bubble baths, two slides including the interactive Black Hole, a children’s activity pool, a family slide, jet streams and of course an outdoor pool with sunbathing area. Splash around!

On arrival at the park, you will receive a welcome pack, which includes pool tickets that allow you to enter the pool during your stay. For the clothes lockers in the Aquafun, you will need a €1.00 or €2.00 coin.

Doctors and pharmacies

If you need a doctor, we can make an appointment for you with a GP. To do so, you can go to reception or call 0032 (0) 58 23 73 12.

Bike & Fun

The surroundings of our park are perfect for exploring by bicycle or mountain bike. You can hire a bike at our park at Bike & Fun. You will find bikes in every possible size and shape, for young and old. Also discover the E-bikes, E-cars, Familybikes and Kids Jeeps.

Barbecue

You can purchase a table barbecue or a BBQ to be assembled in our shop.

ATM

There is temporarily no longer an ATM on the park.

Noise pollution

If your holiday quiet is disturbed, please contact reception. They will send a Guest Service employee to you.

Lost & found

Have you found an object? You can always drop it off at the park reception.
Have you lost something? If guests or we have found something, it is kept for 1 month. Ask our reception staff or call 0032 (0) 58 23 73 12.

Pets

Of course, your pet is also welcome with us. Please keep your pet on a leash in the park. Pets are not allowed in our Park Center (except assistance dogs).

Information

For the provision of information, we are available 24/7 on 0032 (0) 58 23 73 12. You can also obtain information about the park and its surroundings at our reception desk and at our Tickets & Reservations desk. We can also be reached via our Whatsapp Service on 0032 (0) 472 63 06 33 (messages only).

Kids World

Is an indoor playground, here children from 0 to 12 years can experience new adventures every day. The climbing cage is accessible to children aged 4 to 12. These activities are completely free with a booked stay.

Safe

The safe hangs on the wall in one of the rooms. We recommend you use this safe to store your valuables.
Instructions can be found via the ‘Manuals’ button.

Environment

Sunparks takes great care of the environment. You can help us by separating your waste and saving energy. We ask you to close the windows and doors when the heating is on and turn off the lights when nobody is in the cottage. This saves energy and is better for the environment!

You can consult the locations of the waste containers on the park map.

Emergencies can be reported under the European emergency number 112 or the emergency number
0032 (0) 58 22 48 40.

Mail

We keep mail, newspapers, etc. intended for you at the reception. If you wish to send a letter, you can drop it off at the reception, the letter carrier will come to pick it up daily.

Booking activities/facilities

All our activities and facilities can be booked at the tickets & reservations desk in the main building.

Restaurants and bars

At our Park Centre, you will find something for everyone. Looking for a restaurant to suit all tastes at any time of day? Then stop by the Tavern for à la carte from 12 to 2pm. In the evening, head to Restaurant Neptune for the All-you-can-eat buffet. Pasta and pizza Take Away can also be booked in advance here. If you want a snack or a nice cocktail, be sure to visit our Beach Bar on the beach (Only open during the summer months of July and August). If you are a sports fanatic and like to watch a football match or other sports broadcast, be sure to visit the Tavern and enjoy a snack or drink here as well.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the cottages. We would appreciate it if you smoke on the terrace and use the designated ashtray, which can be found in the cottage.

Wheelchair accessibility

Aqua Fun is accessible for wheelchairs. A special entrance along the Aqua counter is provided for wheelchair users. There is a disabled toilet and changing area near the lifeguard desk.

Shop

Groceries for dinner, delicious fresh sandwiches, a new bikini or fun toys as a holiday gift: you can find it all under one roof, in our Shop. With wide opening hours, every day of the week. It is also possible to order Breakfast Delivery or book the Table Cooking Package.

Safety

For your own safety, please close all doors and windows when leaving the cottage! Also make sure the terrace door is closed! Do not leave anything of value unattended in your cottage. Use the safe provided.

Day of departure

You should leave the cottage by 10.00 am on the day of departure. You can enter the park from 7.00 am. The barriers will be open by then.
You can deposit the tickets in the appropriate key box when leaving the park before 10.30 a.m.
Please put the bed linen and towels in the red bags and leave them in the entrance hall.
Please leave the cottage tidy, empty the dishwasher and take the rubbish away to the appropriate containers (see park map).

Launderette

Unfortunately, there is no launderette in the park.

Wi-Fi

There is free WIFI in the Park Center! Choose” Sunparks Publique”. A password is not required. On the rest of the park and in the cottages, there is unfortunately no Wi-Fi available.
